Just as we imagined the Hounslow Hall handmade and vintage fair was a great success!
We would like to say a huge Thank you to all the stall holders, suppliers, friends, family and members of the public who came along to support Cancer Research.
The stall holders did a fantastic job in arriving promptly, setting up their stalls and smiling so early on a Sunday morning!
The end result was great and it was nice to see so many talented individuals from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Our friends & family all come along to support our newly established business, and to have a nose at what we were talking about for weeks beforehand, which was fine, because the team at Experience the Country believe it was something to definitely show off about!
Unfortunately we didn't get to talk to all of the stall holders, but those that we did sold a lot of stock which we are really pleased about!
We managed to get a queue of people wanting to experience our off road 4x4 driving and Truck driving. This was great for us because now guests have had a trial run. We are hoping they want to come back and do the driving themselves this time.
Vintage Scoops looked amazing outside and really helped to set the scene. Although none of us got the chance to try one of her fabulous looking ice-creams :(
We have now issued our 10 prizes from the raffle and sent emails with 25% off promotions to all stall holders.
We are super proud of everyone and ourselves for organising such a great charitable event and raising £243.00 for Cancer Research. We loved every moment and we are already planning our next event for charity which will be announced soon!
