We love Fayres...even if it is a Wedding Fayre!

It must seem strange that an events company who offer activities like TRUCK driving, 4x4 driving, BLINDFOLD driving, DIGGER driving, Fly-FISHING, HOVER CRAFTING, Clay Pigeon SHOOTING, LASER TAG, etc...would want to attend a Wedding Fayre to sell their services!

Well this is what Experience the Country did the weekend just gone...

As we recently mentioned in our post 'We are on the lookout for event companies', we are trying to partner with event companies. This is so that event companies are aware of what Experience the country offer, and can in return recommend us to clients that are looking for an event similar to what we offer.

We recently partnered with Cerendity Events - a wedding planning service.

Admittedly the team here at Experience the Country did not know what we could gain from a wedding planner, other than recommendations for hen/ stag parties, but as a business who pride themselves on helping others it was beneficial to arrange a meeting nevertheless!

The meeting went surprisingly well and a few good ideas were brainstormed. We were informed on the Debenhams Wedding Fayre, which had we not have arranged the meeting, we would know nothing about.

We contacted Debenhams in Milton Keynes and booked a stall at the Fayre, which was a great way to publicise the business in CMK. We were unsure if we would take enquiries or bookings, but gaining the interest from passing trade was still a great reason to go ahead and hold a stand at this event.

We distributed flyers to passers by and we hope we gain some profit from participating in this Wedding Fayre.
