Team Building day for 10 guests:

We recently blogged about 'What a corporate day can do for you' in which we pointed out the 3 essential elements of Team Building:

• Improve staff motivation.
• Improve communication.
• Improve understanding of how a team needs to support each member.

We offer INFORMAL and FORMAL team building events.

This is an example on  a FULL team building day with 10 guests:

Tea, Coffee and pastries on arrival.

Briefing.

Team building activities.

Split the guests into 3 groups and carry out the following tasks.

1. Build a bridge to drive their car over then drive the car through a mine field guided by their other team members.

2. Collect fuel from a fuel dump then deliver it using a reverse steer car.

3. Learn some basic off road driving skills.

Break for lunch.

4. The group would then be re-organised into 2 teams for 2 hrs of laser tag games.

Return to base for tea and biscuits.

All the teams would do the three morning activities providing the completed theme in allotted times.

The aim of the day is to bring teams together to think fast and have ideas they can then put into practice, using different skills. 

The laser tag games can be worked along similar lines and by mixing up the teams it also helps team building quickly.

Cost for this = £99.00 pp

This includes a buffet lunch.
